Once on a misty day I was in the passenger seat of a car driving past one of New Zealand’s several cattle herds, and naturally I thought “Wouldn’t it be great if cows had enormous blackened knives for legs?” Once I got home I got straight to work on this painting, in Photoshop, challenging myself to use only one brush for some reason. Anyway this blade-legged cow is one of my favourite images, and I can’t think why I haven’t posted it before now. It deserves to go viral so please share widely, I hope everyone on earth sees it and finally understands the true nature of cows
